Description This dryer Thermal Fuse is an OEM replacement part for specific Whirlpool, Kenmore dryer models. This disposable, one-time fuse ensures safe operation of your appliance by cutting off power if the temperature exceeds safe limits. A bad thermal fuse can cause your appliance to stop functioning or prevent it from turning on altogether. Symptoms of a bad thermal fuse include no heat or a dryer that won't start.
