ERP 5308000010 Refrigerator Evaporator Fan Blade

Description: This evaporator fan blade is used in refrigerators to help control the temperature. The evaporator fan blade circulates air throughout the refrigerator and works in conjunction with the compressor. If the fan is not coming on or is making loud noises, it should be checked and replaced if necessary. If the temperature of the refrigerator is not cold or remaining consistent, the evaporator fan blade may be broken and need to be replaced. To start, disconnect the refrigerator's power and empty the refrigerator and freezer's contents into an ice chest to keep them cold until the fan blade is replaced. Open the freezer door and remove the plastic covering on the back wall; the fan blade is located behind it. Gently pull the old fan blade off the center post. Push the new fan blade on the center post and manually turn it to make sure it is on correctly. Replace the panel. Put the food contents back inside the freezer and refrigerator and restore the power. This evaporator fan blade is a replacement part. It is made of high-quality white molded plastic and sold individually. It is designed for use in refrigerators manufactured by Frigidaire, Kenmore, Gibson, and Kelvinator.
